Highland Resources to Host Groundbreaking for Lamar Central

Board Members, Development and Management Teams Gather Tuesday to Turn Dirt for Signature Central Texas Project

Details: On Tuesday, July 22nd, from 9:00a.m. to 9:45a.m., Highland Resources’ board members, along with the development and management teams of Lamar Central, will gather for an intimate groundbreaking to commence construction of the new 166,000 square-foot mixed-use development at the corner of 38th Street and North Lamar Boulevard. This is a photo opportunity and a chance to interview board members, along with the development and management teams of Lamar Central.

The site was previously home to the Lamar Village Shopping Center; demolition of existing structures began in June. Construction is slated to last approximately 15 months with project completion anticipated for the third quarter of 2015.

Project team members include: Highland Resources, Inc.; STG Design; Rogers-O’Brien Construction; Consort, Inc.; Studio dwg.; Chioco Design; American Realty Project Management; CBRE, Inc.; Oxford Commercial; and BSA Lifestructures.
